Key Points Involving ACE's Last Known Location

For reasons that we won't discuss at this time, we know that ACE and his companion dog Pirata, a female Black Mouth Cur, were both alive and well for a period of time after they went missing. The details of how and when they went missing can be found here.

The ongoing search and investigation of ACE's disappearance, to include witness statements, has produced several possible eventualities, all of which have a human involvement. Each eventuality is being investigated.

This is the only property where an attempt to search for ACE was deliberately blocked after ACE's owner secured permission to search from the property owner. The tenants renting and living on the property have been helpful.

The person claiming to have a hunting lease on the property has deliberately interfered in our search of that property.

The property does not have fencing in the area where the dogs were tracked to.

10 August 2024 - ACE and PIRATA go missing.
13 August 2024 - PIRATA returned home. Clean, dry, and not hungry.
August 2024 - ACE's owner tracked ACE and PIRATA to the location of the deer blind/feeder/camera.
August 2024 - ACE's owner reported deer blind/feeder/camera to FWC because of very near proximity to his home and was likely a poaching site due to previous gunfire in vicinity.
August 2024 - ACE's owner sent letter to property owner requesting permission to search property.
August 2024 - Property owner granted ACE's owner permission to search property.
August 2024 - Person claiming to own deer blind/feeder/camera attempts to press trespassing charges against ACE's owner.
September 2024 - Search of property was blocked by the person claiming to own deer blind/feeder/camera. Claims a "hunting lease".
September 2024 - Person claiming to own deer blind/feeder/camera lied to OCSO sheriff's deputy by claiming he allowed ACE's owner to search the property.
22 September 2024 - The tenants living on the property allowed a thorough search of the property.
